Anna Maria Mancaleoni graduated in law in 1994 and qualified as lawyer in 1998 (Bar Association of Sassari).
PhD in Private comparative law and European Union private law (University of Macerata) and LLM in European private law (University of Utrecht), cum laude.
She was appointed associate professor in Comparative private law at the law Department of the University of Cagliari in 2005 and has been teaching Legal systems in comparison, Consumer protection, Comparative contract law since. She is the author of many publications on consumer protection, contract law and relationships between EU law and national laws.
She is a mediator at the Chamber of Commerce of Cagliari and she is also a qualified teacher at the body responsible for the vocational training courses for mediators. She is also a conciliator at Chamber of Commerce of Sassari.
Anna Maria has specific expertise in international contracts, consumer protection, EU and supranational law in general.
She loves nature and sports in general. In her spare time she likes trekking, cycling and she enjoys the sea.
