Valentina Apruzzi is experienced in information technologies law and commercial law, dealing with e-commerce and on-line agreements, internet law, data protection, commercial agreements and intellectual property rights also in cross borders transactions.
Valentina has developed sound expertise in drafting on-line agreements and she advices enterpreneurs in building up web sites for on-line selling (goods and services); she deals with intellectual property righs relevant to the software houses and represent them in the anti-piracy actions; domain names and trademark protection complete her exertise. She advice companies in the matter related to data protection and represent them before the Authorities of control. She has a great attitude in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in the major industrial sectors.
Prior to founding the law firm Princivalle Apruzzi Danielli she worked as a in-house consultant for large companies in the mechanical, tourism and banking sectors and she has gained professional experience in several international law firms.
She graduated in law from the University of Bologna and holds a master’s degree in computer law and new technologies.
Lecturer in Internet Law I and II at Brunel University London LLM in International Commercial Law.
Author of several publications, for several years she has been a member of the board of Altroconsumo (Italian independent consumers association), she is admitted as an avvocato to the Bar of Bologna (reg. no. 6754) and she is enrolled as a solicitor for England and Wales (non practising).
